Access is denied if the card is invalid.Note: This reader is suitable as a supplement or replacement within an existing standalone system. It is not possible to set up a new standalone system with this reader, as the Cardlock starter packs are no longer available.

The cable is centred at the rear. A metal mounting plate is supplied so that the reader can be securely mounted. Alternatively, a housing can be used for aP installations and the cable is connected to the reader inside this housing.
