coding template. Programming is precise, system-compliant and directly
suitable for use in your existing access control system.
We ensure that each coding
is unambiguous, traceable and customised to the respective security requirements
. Programming is carried out in accordance with the highest
security standards to ensure reliable and tamper-proof operation
.
If the underlying coding template is stored in
our data centre, it is used for the coding.
The processing of the coding data is carried out in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001, which guarantees the
protection of sensitive information at all times.

Coding template for transponder and access cards
- Secure creation and storage
We create a customised
coding template for you, which serves as the basis for coding transponders or
access cards. This template enables standardised,
reproducible and secure coding and thus forms the basis for a
professional access control system.
Once created, the
coding template is stored in encrypted form in our data centre and kept securely for a standard
period of 3 months. During this time, the
template can be used for subsequent coding or extensions at any time without the need for new
coding.
The storage and processing of data
is carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001. This ensures
that all sensitive information is protected in accordance with recognised international standards
for information security and secured against unauthorised access
.
If a longer storage period is required
, the storage of the coding template can be extended by a further year using article ZS-DL-02
. If the coding is removed from our
data centre, a new template must be created,
whereby a new coding is assigned.
At the express request of the customer, the
coding template can alternatively be taken over and stored by the customer
himself. In this case, the responsibility for the
secure storage and availability of the coding lies entirely with the
client.

remains available and can be used for re-coding transponders or
access cards without the need to create a new coding

The coding template is stored in encrypted form for the entire
duration and protected in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001
. This means that your sensitive access data is protected against unauthorised
access at all times and complies with recognised international
security standards.
Extended storage is ideal for companies that
regularly require new access media, wish to issue replacement cards or flexibly expand their
access control system. The extension can be booked annually
. Invoicing takes place annually in advance. If the
storage is not extended and the coding is removed from our data centre
, a new
coding template with new coding must be created for future coding.
