This process is repeated for all persons. If a transponder is to be blocked, take the corresponding delete card from the card folder and present it to the relevant readers in the building. The transponder is then invalid. The handsfree key fobs and keycards work in active and passive mode. They have a range of between 0.85 and 2.5 metres for all readers equipped with a hands-free interface and up to 5.0 metres for the long-range reader.
